Mynamaki Church was built in the beginning of the 14th century, but the oldest part dates from the 13th century. It was dedicated to St. Lawrence, and is oblong in shape. It was enlarged in the beginning of the 17th century, and wooden part of the extension was added in 1775. The church has been restored several times.
